Our founder and designer Zoe began Lily Ella at her kitchen table back in 2013, after following her dreams and acting on a lifelong ambition. Zoe’s creativity blossoms when designing our latest collections, and she always thinks about what is best for our fabulous customers. Zoe has a big love for clothing, travel and holidays and spending time and going on adventures with her girls feeds her soul.

A member of the Lily Ella team for 7 years, Steph’s passion and drive for Lily Ella is infectious. Her day to day involves planning for up-and-coming seasons to bring you the Lily Ella collections we and our customers love. At weekends, you’ll find Steph cooking and baking exciting new recipes and enjoying time with her two boys. She loves to stay active whether it be running, yoga or paddleboarding, and is never happier than when she’s by the sea.

Joining us as our newest intern, Rachel is a key part of the team, assisting in all areas of the brand. Whether it’s researching into fashion trends, answering customer calls or assisting in designing the newest collections, she is certainly settling in quickly. Rachel is currently on her placement year of her Fashion Design with Marketing university course, and in her spare time she likes to explore our home city of Newcastle, go on walks and shop second hand.

Joining us as a previous intern, Natalia has been with us for just over 2 years and is currently on her last year of a Fashion Design with Marketing university course. She plans and creates new content for our social media as well as looks into the best ways of getting our content seen across our online channels. Away from her desk, Natalia likes to discover new areas around Newcastle, support small businesses and spend time outdoors in the fresh air whilst walking her Frenchie. She loves to try exciting new foods and find new pretty places to eat at.

Our beautiful catalogue designs and advertising materials is all down to our graphics expert, Lauren. With precision and expertise, she ensures each catalogue is designed to perfection and every product is shown in the best way. Lauren has worked with Zoe ever since she graduated, but specifically on Lily Ella for just over 8 years. Away from her desk, Lauren loves exploring and walking around Northumberland, baking up delicious treats and going on holiday with her family and 2 young children.

With us since the beginning, Julie joined Zoe at the kitchen table, and has witnessed the business grow since. Ensuring our ladies receive the highest and most friendly standard of service, Julie loves to chat to our customers. She is certainly the most glamorous member of our team and loves all things fashion. Julie loves to put an outfit together, whether it be for herself or one of our customers. You’ll always find Julie trying on our newest styles to best advise our customers on fit and styling. In her spare time, Julie loves afternoons out with her friends, enjoying a nice meal with a glass of fizz or seeing a musical and planning holidays in the sunshine.
